    In May 2005 Countdown auctioned off its Michael Jackson Puppet Theatre puppets on eBay.
The winning bid of $15,099.99 was donated to the CSA, the largest non-profit celiac support group in America.

New York Police and Fire Widows' and Children's Benefit Fund
    In the weeks following the September 11 attacks, KO broadcast live updates from New York City on ABC Radio, donating his pay to the NYPFWC Fund.
The fund was founded in 1985 by former Mets' star Daniel J. "Rusty" Staub to assist the families of police officers and firefighters who have been killed in the line of duty.
    When Playgirl's readers voted KO #1 in their online "Sexiest Newscasters" poll in September 2004, he donated the $2,500 prize to the same fund.
